FREE RETURNS FOR ALL U.S. ORDERS + NO RESTOCKING FEES! YOU HAVE 14 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF SHIPMENT TO RETURN ELIGIBLE ITEMS.

HOW DO I INITIATE A RETURN?

Email autumnandavery1@gmail.com to request a return label from us.  Please let us know in the email the part of your order you wish to return.  Within 1 business day a pre-paid return label will be emailed directly to you.  Print the label out and send your package back right away.  

HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

Once we receive the return and it goes through inspection, you should expect a refund back to the original card you used for the purchase within 3-5 business days.  

In order to receive a refund:  

All returned items must still have the ORIGINAL TAGS on them.  

Returned merchandise must be UNWORN and UNWASHED. Items that appear worn, have stains, or smell of cigarette smoke, deodorant, pet hairs or odors, etc. will not be accepted. 

If you send back an item that does not qualify for a return, then you will be responsible to pay a $5 return shipping charge. We will hold non-returnable merchandise for 14 days. After 14 days, the items will be donated to charity.
